1. Q: How to get a sample and what's the delivery time of sample?

    A: You can search on our website to find the items you are interested and contact us to get the samples. Free samples can be sent just pay the express fee.

2. Q: How to make sure the Order?

    1).Product information: Item, Color, Quantity etc.

    2).Delivery time.

    3).Your Company Information.

    4).Your Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China

3. Q: Can we customize the products as our requirements?

    A: Sure,We can customize the products,  if you provide your detail requirements. Also Water proof, Anti-fire, Anti-UV, Anti-bacterial etc is available for our products.

4. Q: What's minimum quantity of an order of your goods?

    A: Regular 500 meters per design/color based on different products.

5. Q: What is the quickest time for delivery orders?

    A: 10-15 days,  except for the special factors like spring holiday etc

6. Q: How to control quality?

    A: All the raw materials is insepected by our Incoming quality Control department before launch into production;  Our QC department is inspecting the quality after each process; Before packing the roll, QC department tests the finished product; Warehouse confirm the quantity again with the packing department. We will send you shipping samples before sending our the goods if you need.
